Confirm the complete order
Request the product name, pack size, quantity, current price, delivery charge and total. Confirm availability, payment method and delivery arrangements in the conversation before making payment.
Clarify changes, cancellation and returns
Ask which arrangements apply if you need to change or cancel an order, if delivery cannot be completed, or if there is a problem with the parcel. This page does not set a cancellation charge, refund deadline or acceptance rule without confirmed business terms.
